• Descriptors (The State): Data changes. Rules change. By mapping concepts logically to your files or JSON payloads, you maintain the context the AI needs to avoid hallucination.

4. The New Way of Working (WoW)

Most of you are failing because you think technology is the fix. It’s not. It’s about People and Process. To survive the agentic era, your standards must be testable and repeatable, or they aren’t standards at all.

• The Semantic Handshake: No agent touches a data source without an Ontological Contract that defines exactly what that data means.
• The Discovery Quarantine: In 2026, any “discovered” attribute in a JSON stream is quarantined until it is human-certified for fiduciary use. We do not gamble with the System of Record.
