Renewing Your Account
This article covers instructions on how to renew your account. If you wish to renew your group, please read: Renewing Your Account / Membership.
Before I renew, can I see my current subscriptions?
Yes. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Click My Account
- Click My Shop Account menu item
- Click My Subscriptions (tab) on the left side of the screen
- Click EACH subscription (either by number – or by clicking VIEW)
The resulting subscription screen will provide you with complete details about status, start-date, last-order-date, end-date / expiration date, and all the other details for the subscription itself.
Renewal Method #1:
- Log in to your account (even if it has gone inactive)
- Optional: Edit /change your email FIRST if you wish or need to do so
- Optional: Update your Account Information (My Account -> click the menu header itself)
- Click My Account menu
- Click My Shop Account menu item
- Click My Orders (tab on the left side of the screen)
- Select the order you want (keep selecting until you find the one you want)
- Click ORDER AGAIN button and complete the ordering process.
Renewal Method #2:
- Log in to your account (even if it has gone inactive)
- Optional: Edit /change your email FIRST if you wish or need to do so
- Optional: Update your Account Information (My Account -> click the menu header itself)
- Click SHOP
- Find the product Team or Individual Yearly Membership
- Click SELECT OPTIONS button
- Select Individual
- Click SIGN UP NOW
- Apply any coupon you have
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Complete the ordering process
