How to Purchase A Gift Membership:

You do NOT need an account on our system to purchase a gift membership. Below are the steps to purchasing a gift card / gift membership.  Please note: you should purchase ONE Gift membership at a time – so that it is sent to a single person post sale.

You can purchase 1 membership for a friend, or, purchase multiple memberships (by increasing the quantity) for a team or a customer of yours.  During Check-Out you will be asked where to send (via email) the Gift Card.  One Gift Card can only be sent to one receiving customer or friend.  This Gift Card is ONLY good for applying to yearly membership fees.   The Gift Card is redeemable by the recipient as soon as they receive the email (about 5 minutes after purchase).

  1. Go to the SHOP
  2. Select Gift Membership -> click Add to Cart
  3. Change the Quantity
    (select the number of gift memberships you want to GIFT to the recipient)
  4. Click Update Cart
  5. Click Proceed to Checkout
  6. Fill in your billing details
    (if you’ve purchased something from us before AND you’re logged in, this will be filled in automatically)
  7. Click the radio button: Send to me, OR Gift to someone else
  8. IF you clicked: Gift to someone else….
    Fill in the recipient email address, and write a simple message they will receive.
  9. Enter your payment information
  10. Agree to terms & conditions
  11. Click Place Order

Once the order is confirmed, the email will be sent.   The recipient will receive a coupon code for the total amount you purchased.  They can then come to our shop on their own, and purchase membership – either team or individual, and apply the coupon code.

Am I notified when they use the coupon?

No.  You are not notified when they use the coupon

How do I send multiple gift memberships?

Purchase one at a time – send each purchase to a different recipient.

Do they receive a real gift card?

No, they receive a coupon code they can apply to their own order to reduce the total they pay.

When is the gift card / coupon code active?

As soon as they receive it (once the order is complete)

What if they say they never received the email?

Then first – read Not Receiving Emails,  and if there is still an issue, please contact us.

Can I get a refund on the gift card?

No, once issued there is no retraction, and no refunds.

Can the Gift Card be used for other products?

No.  The gift membership can only be applied to membership purchases by the recipient.

The Gift Card is a prepaid payment device that comes with a set dollar value. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. The Gift Card  has no associated service or dormancy fees but may have an expiration date. The Gift Card can be used at the brands, the company owned web site at https://www.DataVaultAlliance.com/ . We reserve the right to require credit card or alternate non-promotional payment method information for verification purposes, even if the Gift Card fully covers the transaction order total. We do not allow the purchase of a Gift Card with another Gift Card or discount.  The Gift Card may only be used to purchase products and services and may not be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  The Gift Cards are not transferable and may not be used for unlawful purposes.
