I like to pick just one issue.
"It performs better if you avoid hashing and using a surrogate key: instead you should use the natural key, even if it is a compound key made up of more than one column"
"Benchmark performance measures support this strategy and offer a significant performance advantage overhashing a surrogate primary key."
Have someone tested this?
Should hash keys be avoided/ignored in azure data warehouse ?
This was the first time when I saw Microsoft give any comment about Data Vault.
But removing hash's from tables, is not DV 2.0 standard data vault implementation any more
