Components of the Smart Business keys should reside in the HUB or in the SAT?

Hello,

I have created a Smart Business Keys using the immutable fields in the Dataset. My questions is that whether the Fields that were used to create the Smart Business Key should reside in the SAT or should they reside in the HUB? Each of these fields that were used to create the Business Key are not unique on their own.
