We require our authorized instructors to have a minimum of 15 years of experience in BI and Analytics, and at least 10 years of hands-on with the tooling, technology, and team management.

Michael Olschimke
Michael has more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology. During the last ten years he has specialised in Business Intelligence topics such as OLAP, Dimensional Modelling, and Data Mining. He has consulted for a number of clients in the automotive, insurance, banking, and non-profit fields. His work includes research on massively parallel processing (MPP) systems for building artificial intelligence (AI) systems for the analysis of unstructured data. Michael holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley, California. Michael is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Scalefree where he is responsible for the business direction of the company.
Volker Nurnberg
As a solution architect, Volker has designed data-driven IT solutions in different industries for over 15 years. His studies in electronics engineering and his work as a Quality Manager have developed his deep comprehension of technologies, process modeling, and data control. Among his passions is knowledge sharing; this passion is enhanced by his NLP coaching certification which he utilizes in his Data Vault 2.0 training and when supporting, consulting, and coaching on Enterprise-, IT-, and Data Architectures. Volker is DipL-lng, a certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner, and an authorized Data Vault 2.0 Instructor.
Marc Finger
Our employee Marc Finger completed his master’s degree in Business Intelligence & Analytics in August 2019. Since 2016, he has been successfully supporting Scalefree’s customers and experts in various projects. He is a proven Big Data expert who is well versed in the area of dashboarding and data analysis. In addition, he is characterized by a very structured way of working and very good communication skills, even in English.

Cindi Meyersohn
Cindi has worked in a variety of IT realms over the past 35 years and has spent the last 17 years working in applications and data engineering development within the DoD. As a Data Vault 2.0 (DV2) Solution Architect and Certified Instructor, her responsibilities and expertise range from the design, development, implementation, and technical guidance of Enterprise Data Warehouse/Big Data builds to crafting processes surrounding data acquisition and ingest, data governance and Master Data Management policy and compliance, development and team leadership.
Cindi is a cleared resource and is qualified to train, discuss, and provide guidance for and in US government secure environments. She has spent the past five years leading the architectural design, implementation, and ELT development of Data Vault 2.0 solutions at the DoD. Cindi holds a MS in Systems Engineering from George Washington University and a BS in Information Systems from Strayer University.

He has over 20 years of industry experience spanning 3 continents, consulting with very large enterprises, leading data integration vendors and world-renowned public research universities. He is an expert in Big Data, NoSQL, and Hybrid solutions.

Dan Linstedt
Author, founder, and inventor of Data Vault modeling, methodology, and architecture. Dan is the world-renowned expert in Data Vault. He has 25+ years of IT industry experience with a majority of that time spent in big data systems, business intelligence, and data warehousing. He teaches all the certification classes available in Vermont.
